When does RoboBuddy launch?+
We're launching in Abu Dhabi in Q4 2026. Join the waiting list to be first — and follow @yacobalhammadi on Instagram for priority access.
How long is a rental, and when do you deliver?+
Each rental week runs Saturday to Friday — 6 full days with RoboBuddy. We deliver on Saturday morning and collect on the Friday, which gives us Friday to clean, charge and check the robot before it goes out again. Want longer? Book 2 or more weeks and we'll simply collect on a later Friday.
Is RoboBuddy safe for children?+
Yes. Go 2 Pro is stable, gentle and built for family use, and we train you on safe play when we deliver.
What is included in the rental?+
Every rental includes free delivery and pickup across Abu Dhabi, a personal training session, and support throughout your rental — all for AED 499 a week with our 20% launch offer (normally AED 624).
Do you provide training?+
We do — when we drop RoboBuddy off, we'll show you and the family how to control it, play, and get the best out of it.
What happens if the robot is damaged?+
Normal wear and tear is on us. If RoboBuddy is damaged during your rental, a damage penalty applies — we'll go through the simple terms and the costs with you before your rental starts, so there are no surprises.
Can I extend my rental?+
Absolutely, subject to availability. Message us on WhatsApp before your collection date and we'll add more weeks.
Where do you deliver?+
Across Abu Dhabi. Add your area and address at booking and we'll confirm your delivery window.
